Something I particularly appreciated was a very good balance of pointing out potential in a house, but not trying to sell me a house that was not what I was looking for. In four months of searching, she stayed focused and was always encouraging us that our house was out there somewhere. And it was. Finally, after some stellar negotiations by our spunky, knowledgeable agent, here we are in a house far better than what we hoped for.
