Julie Sanchez is an accomplished entrepreneur who brings her business acumen to real estate. She has over 20 years of experience in the personal fitness and wellness industry with various certifications including Yoga alliance, Personal Training, Children’s fitness and Senior Health. Julie’s story started in New York, where she worked her way to the Executive level for a cosmetic company working exclusively with Neiman Marcus, Saks 5th Avenue and Specialty Boutiques.
After having children, she started her first business, “Awesome Athletic Moms,” which grew in a year to become “Awesome Athletic Women.” Most recently, Julie was the owner and lead instructor of Warrior one Yoga Studio for almost six years, which grew to include thousands of members. Julie’s leadership was proven during 2020 through the COVID-19 pandemic, as she successfully pivoted to a virtual studio and then back in-person while many other yoga studios closed their doors.
Julie’s success in corporate business and entrepreneurship has enabled her to be actively involved in her community, which also informs her well-rounded approach to real estate. She uniquely understands the market from a solid business perspective interwoven with her mindfulness of family, community, and humanity. Over the years she has learned the value and importance of providing individualized service by understanding and being mindful of each customer’s unique goals.
Julie has lived in Winter Garden, Florida for more than ten years with her husband Alex, their three sons (Joseph, Logan, & Jack), and their Doberman (Thor). Being a real estate agent allows her to become more involved in creating community relationships~ her favorite thing to do!
