If you are a home owner and need property management - I highly recommended using TREC Management. This is our first time renting and we have had a great experience using The Real Estate Collection Property Management. Our property manager Morgan is extremely responsive and has been such a pleasure to deal with. Any thing we have needed has been addressed right away. Their portal makes it easy to make rent payments and enter maintenance requests. Our rental home is beautiful.
