While we had complete faith in the Kim and Erica dream team from The Real Estate Collection, we have to admit we were still completely blown away. They far exceeded our expectations through their professionalism, vision, marketing, and commitment to get our house proper exposure and well-positioned for a quick sale. The end result: within 24 hours of listing they had the entire first weekend booked with private showings of pre-qualified buyers ONLY, requests for additional showings, offers were rolling in by noon on the first day, and by the end of the weekend, we were in a multiple offer situation. They both gave us solid advice and we were under contract above asking price with a fully executed full-price backup contract in 24 hours and 4 people in line behind them. Like I said, blown away. Now they're both helping us close on our new home in an area we had previously never considered and we couldn't be happier! Ten out of 5 stars! The best in the business! And, trust me, we've bought and sold and viewed A LOT of homes. There aren't many agents out there with their level of knowledge and expertise. Kim had to educate the listing agent on the house we are buying because he had no idea about the home's history, and Erica has previous knowledge of the house due to history with another client. Again... they consistently exceed every expectation at every turn. We couldn't be more grateful.
