Kimberly has been licensed since 1997 and obtained her real estate broker's license in 1999. Prior to entering general real estate, Kimberly worked for Coldwell Banker The Condo Store, managing several condo conversions in the Orlando area. Kimberly's original career in real estate included ten years with a national property management company, Trammell Crow Residential Services. She was the Vice President and Broker for H.E.L.P. Realty, Inc., the company's residential real estate division, which operated an innovative program to assist apartment renters with home purchases. Kimberly holds her Bachelor's degree from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida and spent the first several years after college in a management position with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
Kimberly handles real estate in the West Orange and South Lake County areas, from Dr. Phillips to Clermont, but specializes in what she calls the WOW area of West Orange: Winter Garden, Oakland and Windermere. Kimberly lives and works near Historic Winter Garden which has helped her become their Neighborhood Specialist. She is supportive and active in her local community, and believes in giving back. One way she does this is by donating a portion of each home sale to Matthew's Hope, a non-profit organization caring for homeless families in West Orange County.
Kimberly and her husband Matt enjoy walking and biking the West Orange trail, spending time outdoors and having fun with their pets. Some of their favorite weekends are spent locally, enjoying all the restaurants, events and festivities that Historic Winter Garden has to offer.
Kimberly is passionate about real estate, and working with buyers and sellers goes way beyond just a job for her. She believes in building long-lasting relationships one person at a time. She believes in building long lasting relationships one person at a time and gets extreme gratification in helping others with her experience and expertise.
