Nallita Sepulveda joins us with eight years of paralegal experience, eighteen years of investment experience where she specialized in home flips, leasing properties, and acting as a landlord. Her passion for the business drove her to get into sales five years ago and she never looked back. In addition to her passion for real estate, Nallita is an Executive Director for a non-profit organization that transforms the rooms of abused children.
Thanks to her Legal Studies degree; she has an eagle eye for details. Nallita ensures she is protecting the buyer and the seller in any transaction she is a part of, guaranteeing the best possible customer service possible. Consistently learning as the business evolves, Nallita spends a great deal of time studying and analyzing the market. Nallita is a native to the Garden State, New Jersey, but has lived in the Sunshine State for twenty-five years. She loves the area for its proximity to the beaches, attractions, and of course, the amazing weather. Here she has a wonderful husband, who is an Army Veteran, a seventeen-year-old and son, a twelve-year-old daughter, and of course a very handsome dog. In her free time, she loves to entertain her friends and family at her home.
