It's important to ask your real estate agent what guidelines they have in place for scheduling showings for your home. Will they be providing masks and gloves? Will they be limiting the number of people who can attend showings? Our team works directly with our clients to customize a showing plan they are most comfortable with. For example, some sellers do not want to host open houses during this time. Other sellers may be ok with that. There has certainly been an increase in 3-D tours over the last few months. Lately, our team has been utilizing matterport 3D tours and high-quality videos highlighting the neighborhood features. Listings with 3D tours saw a 191% increase during March. (according to Zillow). First impressions are so important to buyers which is why the quality of the photos, videos, and 3D tours matter when selling your home. Always ask your agent to show you sample pieces from previous listings when interviewing them.
