Erica Walker Sadelfeld served as our property manager when we were suddenly whisked away on short notice military orders. She sprung into action immediately. Easing all of our concerns and managed our house for almost a year until we decided to sell. Selling our home was an even easier process because of her knowledge and excellence in her job. We sold above what we paid and left the deal extremely satisfied. We will be using Erica again when we relocate back to Orlando to purchase our new home!

I want to take a moment and share my recent experience of selling my home. I had been given an opportunity to move states with my job. I was so excited but I loved my house. I only bought it 18 months prior, so I wasn't sure how the market was. I put a lot of money into flooring and a few other improvements immediately after moving in, and I needed to recoup that money. She explained step by step the process, had sent me my property value, took pics, and set up a website all in a few days. I could get a hold of her immediately, and if not she would get back to me promptly. Her follow up, communication, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations, so I let her do her thing, while I focused on my other priorities. I am a single mother of two and very independent. I completely trusted Erica with this transaction. We put it on the market Tuesday night, which basically is Wed by the time it went live. She put together the open house the first weekend. In the heat, put up signs along the roadside, brought refreshments, music, lighting, and the house was staged perfectly. I left and at the end of the day she had a buyer. Step by step she communicated the process. Inspections, appraisal, fees, and everything in between. It was truly seamless and stress free. I had never sold a home before and I would do it all over again with Erica! I was buying a home at the same time, and getting ready to move and I was overwhelmed not knowing all the details. I am truly grateful that Erica took the driver seat and cared for the transaction as if it were her own home, so I can have one less thing to worry about. All the way to the closing, I would say we had a perfect transaction. The buyer was amazing, title company, brokers and all involved felt like we were family at the table. Very professional, yet connected and happy to be doing business together. I would highly recommend Erica as your realtor, and trust her with such a huge decision. She takes her job very seriously, and I believe because of her work ethic and dedication is why my experience turned out the way it did. Erica is one of the most dedicated realtors I've met. I will gladly go to her for any home related interests I have. She breaks down all of the jargon any home buyer would have a hard time understanding and even with many interests and multiple clients she always makes you feel like a priority.
