I recently moved into the property and the management team here made it so simple! I was shopping for a home without being in the state of Florida. I want to take a moment and share my recent experience of selling my home. I had been given an opportunity to move states with my job. I was so excited but I loved my house. I only bought it 18 months prior, so I wasn't sure how the market was. I put a lot of money into flooring and a few other improvements immediately after moving in, and I needed to recoup that money. I didn't know exactly when I could move due to some personal issues, and finding a new place where I was relocating too. Let's say I was very overwhelmed, until Erica became my realtor! I am in sales, and when I saw and spoke with Erica I felt at ease immediately. Erica has charisma, she is professional, intelligent, caring, honest, and very knowledgeable. I can go on but I think you get my point. She takes pride in what she does, and treated me like family.
